Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Oral or informal requests will not be accepted or acted upon.

To submit a request for refund:

1. Prepare a written request statement that includes: your full legal name, the amount of refund requested, a clear statement of why you believe the refund is needed, supporting evidence and documentation you wish to be considered, and the specific payment format you are requesting.

2. Submit the refund request by email to info@parallax-cyber.com with the subject line:

"REFUND REQUEST: [Your Name], [Purchase to Refund]."

3. Refund request emails will be reviewed and a response provided within 10 days of receipt.
