Grievance & Appeals Policy
Parallax Cyber LLC is committed to maintaining a robust and transparent grievance and appeals process, allowing participants and stakeholders to express concerns or grievances related to any aspect of the program, including course content, instructor quality, administration, or the overall certificate program experience.
We take all complaints seriously, ensuring they are documented and resolved fairly and promptly. Grievances will be reviewed and answered within ten (calendar) days after received.
Grievance and Appeals Process
Overview Parallax Cyber LLC is committed to fair, consistent, and transparent decision-making. Any customer who experiences an issue has the right to have their grievance/appeal heard.
How to submit a grievance or appeal:
1. Prepare a written appeal statement that includes: your full legal name and certification number (if applicable); the specific issue or decision being appealed and the date it was communicated; a clear statement of why you believe the decision was incorrect or unfair; all supporting evidence and documentation you wish to have Parallax Cyber LLC consider; and the specific remedy or outcome you are requesting.
2. Submit the appeal by email to info@parallax-cyber.com with the subject line: "APPEAL: [Your Name], [Type of Decision]" or "GRIEVANCE: [Your Name], [Issue of Concern]
IMPORTANT Submitting an appeal does not automatically stay or reverse the decision under appeal. If you wish to request a stay (temporary pause) of decision action pending the outcome of an appeal, you must include a written request for a stay with your appeal submission. Parallax Cyber LLC will consider stay requests on a case-by-case basis.
